I get around the country a lot as a driver and I must say you could not meet a more friendly pub. Samuel (owner) was really great and even played pool with me as visiting on my own. The locals were very nice and recommended the burger and chips, was amazing. Hope to visit there soon again if I could of given 6 stars I would of

Christmas lunch today, 25th December, 2017 was first class. Food was delicious, service was second to none, the friendliness of the staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was terrific. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. This is one eating place I would highly recommend.

Last day of our wales trip we found the nags head. Pretty nice pub! We had some good talks with the friendly and funny barkeeper there. They also got some good ales (dark wolf). If you are staying at the nearby campsite, nags head is a mustgo!
