Ordered food over the weekend on uber eats and both times items were missing. Not swapped out completely missing.nMissing a coffee from the double roll meal deal the first order on Saturday.nSunday placed another order of x2 double rolls and coffees paying extra for caramel and the full one meal was missing, roll and coffee. went at 3:20, 15th october, and the man working was awful, absolutely no customer service whatsoever, no manners - nothing. they spoke to me in such an unprofessional and rude tone. i often wonder how these companies hire their staff. food was also freezing
It's a greggs ... they have what they have and its always medicore.nnStaff were really nice throughout the day as I visited twice during the day, and they always seem to have alot available at all times.nnIt's cheap, reliable and is the reason i'd recommend it.

Went in this morning to grab a bacon sandwich and a sausage sandwich for my wife. The attitude on the staff was absolutely disgusting. I was told that there was no bacon left because they had orders through just eat i could have bacon if I wanted to wate 7 mins for it i asked when the order had through they stated 5 mins ago with just eat you have an hour to complete the order when I said to the lady about this i was informed they got there before me so I wasn't having any bacon. I then move on to the sausage I was again informed that they had 10 sausage there but again I could not have any sausage and that they were not willing to cook anymore today.nI find it absolutely disgusting that a store prioritize just eat orders over customers that are in side the store their attitude was disgusting a formal complaint will also be made for the attitude of the staff.
