Service friendly and attentive. Food was brilliant and atmosphere relaxed, what a great place to visit for lunch or just a coffee. Food has substance and style.

Always find the staff cheerful and friendly, they make the best sandwiches in town, using their own bread; devon ham cheddar chutney, tuna pesto tomato or brie & cranberry are my faves!
Great deli selection here too, especially olives, which are streets apart from the regular supermarket brands.
Always something a little out of the ordinary to find in here and a great little old school corner store.

Served a vegetarian instead of meat pastie by mistake. It was also baked to death. I had to argue my case to the manager so as to not pay for the item. Service was slow and tomato ketchup bottle old and unclean.
