Coffee is good work excellent Non dairy options however there is a lot of water on the floor in the toilets. I mentioned this and they said 'the weather is bad' which it was but I had to put my handbag in the sink as there wasn't a hook to hang it on and I wasn't putting it on the floor. According to a friend of mine that goes to coffee 1 regularly, she heard someone else complaining and apparently this time the issue was condensation. Other than the toilet, the coffee is fine.

Great coffee and really good hot chocolate. One of the nicest coffee shops and relaxing atmosphere. Even when it's full downstairs there's often spaces upstairs so worth checking as not many people seem to go up there.

Really nice range of coffees and actually different coffee beans. Really nice staff and food lovely. Really busy and buzzy

Efficient friendly staff giving good service. The coffee has good flavour and they serve tasty snacks and cakes

Always my go to coffee shop. Never had a bad coffee,good choice of cakes and pastries. Soups ,sandwiches and salads available for a light snack. Staff always friendly. One downside is it can get very busy which sometimes means a long queue. If your in a hurry not the place to go.
