Absolutely amazing place. Lovely food and a good stop if you are walking on the Humber Bridge. 10/10. Would definitely come here again.Food: 5/5
The service and food here is excellent! They adapted a dish from the menu to make it vegan and it was delicious! The garden centre was lovely too, I would definitely recommend visiting.
Breakfast portions are extremely generous verging on excessive, but tasty and well- presented. Breakfast is available until 11:30am. Lunch was very good. Fried fish batter thin and crispy and not over-cooked. Chips were quite good; double frying would be better. The pie is bought-in, not home-made but good, nevertheless. Chicken burger comes with a whole chicken breast in a bun. Coffee could be a little bit hotter. Sauces were in sachets. Generally good value for the price. Look out for the alpacas not on the menu. Apologies, the pies look very professional but are home-made
We saw this as we drove over the Humber Bridge so decided to visit on the way back. Was a quick visit but would like to go back when less windy. An interesting Artisan Lane featuring craft beer and gin producers, a "traditional" sweet shop and a couple of other shops which we didn't get around to seeing. A lovely garden centre. Would like to try the restaurant/tea room on another occasion. On the whole - well worth a visit.
A delightful place to enjoy a meal or snack. Super service and very readable prices.Recommended dishesHam Brie and Mango Chutney, Homemade Chips, Cheese and Ham Sandwich with Chips and Side Salad
Have been visiting here for a long time. They have adapted so well to the Covid pandemic. Temperatures are taken at the door and you are shown to your table. Table service. The food here is wonderful, fresh and you get great portions. Excellent choice of cakes! A great stop off after walking the bridge.
First time visit but will definitely return. Lovely venue with covid safety measures, nice food and drink with lovely customer service. Try and visit the workshops around the back of the cafe if you get chance too.
The place is lovely. Excellent coffee, food and cake. Staff are very friendly. 4 stars given as they had a power cut, which is fine, however, I feel they could have done more for them to explain what was happening. Anyway we chose to wait 10 mins and all was resumed. They were very apologetic but next time just keep your customers stood in the queue informed so we dont think you are just ignoring us
Had lovely hot Cooked Breakfast served with 2xSlices of toast. Nice Spacious Restaurant I noticed they welcome Dogs too..Steady flow of People..we were there Sunday morning 11a.m. They have craft shops to the Rear of Building..& Terracotta pots etc in a Separate building on the Front.
Stopped off on the way to Hull at this lovely place. We've been here before to eat and it's popular. Covid-19 precautions in place: 1 hand sanitiser; 2 NHS scan Track and Trace; 3 a temperature check; 4 table service. Service was very good, and our lunch arrived quickly. I had a lovely salmon dish with chilli flakes, and my wife had smoked haddock fishcakes. Both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Lovely, and tasty. All in all, really happy with our late lunch. Thank-you to all the Staff:o
