What a beautiful menu to provide for Mothers Day. Each course was special with many unique flavours in each course. The three of us agreed it was one of the most beautiful and interesting meals we ever had. For me the pigeon starter was a little merical in itself- what extraordinary and varying flavours in a small plate.

This is a nice guest house let down by a couple of big flaws. 1. There is no kettle on the room. There is a tea room with a kettle, biscuits and out of date milk. 2. The central heating is on a timer. It gets very cold in the middle of the day and at night time. A fan heater was provided that cuts out every 30 seconds. The bed was comfy and there were nice views of a gas tank from the window..

Limited menu (only three options per course) but very fine dining style, and very reasonable (£20 - 3 courses). Staff great and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.
