Stayed here for three nights in Feb,  family of three two adults and a 7 year old. Was a nice place to stay, had everything you could need and was a good base for exploring the forest. Owners were great, leaving bits in the hideaway for drinks and eggs, milk, bread etc and making everyone feel welcome. Will definitely look at staying again when next exploring down that way

The studio/cottage was next to busy road but we were not unduly disturbed. Room is OK but not lavish. Only a single easy chair and shower room is miniscule. Good value for money.Rooms: 4/5

Lovely cottages and great location near Salisbury and the New Forest! Lovely family who are attentive to your needs and make you feel welcome. If you love nature this is the place for you. Would definitely return again! Thanks to Jeremy and family for everything!

Myself and my partner returned last week from our weekend break at Walnut Tree Cottage. Perfect for the 2 of us, beautiful garden area with a table outside for evening meals/breakfast if you are as lucky as us with the weather! Ideal location for exploring the New Forest. I am a travel agent myself and will be recommending this accommodation to my clients.

Beautiful place to stay - very comfortable accomodation and supplies of tea coffee and some biscuits was a nice touch. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

We spent xmas week in the hideaway , absolutely loved it , lovely cabin,nice and clean and had everything you needed, very good hosts would do anything for you, cant wait to go back x

Lovely little cottage, very convenient location with a bus to Salisbury and Bournemouth at regular intervals.

We have just had a great week here, the cottage and area is smashing. The owners are very friendly and helpfull, it was great to live in a thatch cottage in beautiful surroundings.
