Beautiful Old Mill in a delightful setting, in possibly the Country's most beautiful village. 
Laura is probably the friendliest, most courteous, knowledgeable and passionate host, you will ever encounter. She made our visit even more special and fully deserves this praise. A little treat for our puppy was yet another nice touch. Wonderful.

The museum is not much but the people who run the museum, gift shop and I've cream stand are wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming.

Wasn't dog friendly. Last time in the summer it was with the cafe in the back. Not sure if I would return now.

lower slaughter is a beautiful village. good range of leather items in the shop but rather pricey and the cafe would not let our dog in even though it was a freezing cold day outside
