First open in the 1970's, the shop has been in a couple of previous locations before settling at the East end of Cheltenham high street. We can offer DCC Sound Fitting alongside railway repairs. Our Radio Control department are experts at fixing pretty much anything radio controlled!"

I was certainly expecting a better and faster customer service, honestly. Now I'm basically losing another weekend because after shipping back a Peco PSG-1 that I bought new and was sent in used condition see pictures, they now "will get this one looked at 1st to see what happened" despite the fact that I already explained the problem and provided pictures. What happened is that you don't inspect the items that you ship, and during this time I ordered £94.24 on scenary products mostly Woodland Scenics from a close competitor of yours, received my order, noticed that I was missing a bag of Woodland Scenics Flowering Foliage, and received the item in 12h along with an email apologizing. Talk about customer service.
Bigger than it looks. Don’t let the modest shop front fool you. This place goes back quite a way. The goods are split logically into sections each one catering for a different type of modelling. Pretty much every thing is covered with the notable exception of D&D / RPG figures. There is a definite emphasis on trains with the back third of the shop dedicated to tracks, engines and accessories. Staff were knowledgeable, very helpful and found a model I thought was no longer available.
Great range of all things to do with model trains of all scales, helpful staff and a nice atmosphere, well laid out and not so overcrowded than other shops are so you can actually see what they've got
It's my local model shop that has everything you need. I've been buying from Trevor for almost 50 years from CMC and their previous shop.
I ordered a train set for my grand children for Xmas and the delivery was excellent, there were different parts sold separately and they all arrived together and within a few days.
Arrived well within time and very well wrapped + protected. Good price and excellent service - recommended
Very large selection of trains,scalextric air fix models etc, staff friendly and helpful will visit again.
Spoke to a gentleman about a particular die-cast plane. He didn't seem interested. I will add that the gentleman who was behind the front counter was very polite.

Great model shop, first time visiting today. They have a great selection of models. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!
