Beautiful building. Excellent standard but perhaps need more coffee machines at busy times. Long queues for drinks. Toilets downstairs thank goodness. Still way ahead of other chains

Had the large breakfast. Mushroom and sausages were like rubber. It went cold very quickly and when it came didn't look appetising. Staff need to be more customer aware. Will never eat there again

Rare steak was well done, baked potato was stone cold. No-one seemed overly bothered. 

Second lot of drinks ordered on the app took 20 minutes to arrive. There should be a facility to cancel

Popped in for tea. Was very busy but managed to get a table. Placed our order and thought we might be in for a bit of a wait but we were pleasantly surprised. Food came quickly and was piping hot. Very good service. We will be back
