Absolutely brilliant place!!!! we had my mums party here and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff are amazing and so attentive they couldn’t do enough for us. Food was superb and the Dj was excellent. We will definitely be booking every party here in future.
We had a birthday party at Artisan, and I have nothing but great things to say! The buffet was delicious and loved by all. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful in both the lead up to the event and on the day. Brilliant:
Had a surprise 60th for my dad at this venue and can only say good things. The complementary buffet was lovely and the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough. I would recommend this venue to my friends and family for any of their parties.
I came here for my friends party and it was horrendous. They had booked the place until 10pm and we were kicked out at 9pm, the staff were rude to us and ushered us outside into the freezing cold all waiting for taxis. They made the drinks prices up as I was charged £3.50 for a vodka and Coke and my friend was charged £4.50. The floors were sticky and the manager was incredibly rude! All the staff clearly had the same attitude as the manager and the person on security was having a good gossip to me about the people attending. I’m so upset that I wasted my money here and I know all my friends are too
Lovely little bar. Staff were efficient, friendly, helpful and polite. The bar itself was clean, tidy and comfortable. However, the toilets leave a lot to be desired They definitely need some stronger/nicer air-freshener, the floor was horrible, reminding people of 80s/90s nightclub dance floors, your feet literally stick to the floor, the toilet seats are loose and move all over. However, they do have a lovely refresh selection in the toilets including products for ladies, perfumes, etc. Outside seating area, was clean and comfortable, though they could do with more ashtrays available as there was only 1, so some people then used the floor as it was on a table at the end of the outside area. There's no parking at the place but there are free car parks within a stones throw. Overall a lovely little bar which could be made brilliant if they upgrade/update the toilets.
