Started using this pub recently after many years of avoiding it. New landlord is very friendly and the beer is good. Nice to see it has improved. Hope they do well here as its a pleasure to visit now.
Absolutely wonderful place to go to, the new owners are lovely and so friendly, very low prices, the small samples off the food are absolutely amazing! The place looks stunning with the lights and its lovely to see a pool table in here for the locals. Decorated really well. Super happy and thank you for being so lovey, really appreciate it. Doing a fab Job.
Andy and Louise have improved this pub immensely since taking over. Lovely friendly welcome every time, loved the Lipinskis night! Will be fantastic when they can do food
My go to pub whenever I'm in Weston-Super-Mare. The best family run pub in the area. Landlady/ Landlord top tier, staff are bubbly and polite especially the lovely Denleigh atmosphere is always fantastic. Guaranteed a good day and night.
I love The Observatory because not only are the Landlord and Landlady respectable but they love their customers either local or from afar. As a customer I love mingling with folk that I don’t know and even when I suffer the spells of anxiety which I do it’s always good to meet new people. The customer is always right as is said in verbal communication and that I know. The Observatory is a wonderful place and I recommend others to visit.
Love this pub! Gives off such a warm vibe, great choice of drinks & really friendly landlord & lady! A go to for a pint after work or evening drinks!
The landlord and landlady are very friendly and welcoming. The pub is warm and friendly and has a good atmosphere and I can't wait for the food to be up and running

Friendly service, Will go above & beyond. Welcoming atmosphere. Reasonably priced beer/Liqour. Family friendly
No sports and no food but I love the fact its an old fashioned local where everyone is greeted with a smile, whether they are regulars or not. Beer lines are well looked after and glasses/tables etc are always clean, only observation would be the toilets could do with a refurb.
