Some nice helpful staff but I am not convinced that all of them know enough about their products to trust them without doing your own research into stuff.Probably ok if you are just buying for everyday use but not if you are heading off to some serious terrain or situations.

Know what you are looking for and staff try and sell you many extras so if you only have a certain amount, stand your ground and say NO.

Came to the store to buy some boots and was not greeted by anyone willing to help i stood around for almost 20 minutes with the boot in my hand and then decided to leave, staff were doing practically nothing but stood at the tills with no one to serve and i was stared at while looking at gloves like I was thief ! What a bunch cu*ts
