We ordered two Roman blinds from harmony for our hall windows.The salesman came out to give us a quote and measured one of them wrongly so it is too long.l told them we weren't happy and they came out to look at it and moved it up on the rail as much as possible but it still drags on the window sill if we put it down fully.Consequently we have to have a bulge in it half way down which looks silly.l could have measured it better myself.They are quite expensive and did not give us a good service.l phoned up again to complain,he promised to speak to the manager and get him to phone...l said l won't hold my breath. Guess what.He never phoned.Wont be using them again.Blinds2go are very good. I do recommend them.

I have just had some new blinds fitted by harmony and I have to say I'm very impressed. After getting a couple of quotes together from other companies, I rang harmony for a quote. They were not only the best value for money, but they seemed much more knowledgeable about the products, they were very polite and attentive, and they had measured, made and fitted the blinds within a fortnight. Will be recommending to all my friends

This company is a tinpot company and would advise anyone thinking of buying blinds to use either Hillarys or another blind company. They gave us a date to fit our blinds the day after our new windows was fitted. They called the day before to say there would be a delay due to a quality problem and it would be resolved within the week and they would contact us again, you guessed they never did. We contacted them and were fobbed off again. it took 3 weeks before they fitted the blinds and my wife and myself for that period was left sitting in a fish bowl with everyone who walked passed looking into our home. We did not even get an apology. After fitting we had a problem with the blinds not falling correctly which took another two weeks before we could even get Paul Turner (so called manager, no brain at all) to turn up and his comment was and I quote "there isn't anything wrong and the miss alignment and damage to the end of the blinds would be acceptable to some of his other customers!" Well it wasn't acceptable to us. He then went on to tell us that the fall out was due to our lintel not being flat and there was a slight run out. If it was that bad why isn't this part of their measuring up procedure and if the lintels causes this problem why sell us the blinds? He then told us that the fall out was due to the lightness of the material and we needed a heavier material and told us to pick another similar material which we did and then had to wait another 6-7 weeks before they fitted them and we then found out after Paul Turners guidance that they were see through! when we complained we were told it was our fault as we picked the material. Eventually they replaced our original blinds with new material and at the moment no problem. Paul Turner needs to go on a customer focus and learn how to deal with customers and listen to what they are saying and not try and be intimidating. We didn't even get a sorry or a bunch of flowers for my wife who during all of this is seriously ill and the stress that this company has caused her is unacceptable and taking 5 months to resolve is ridiculous. They will probable not print this but if you can read it do not use them, CUSTOMER SERVICE/CARE none existence. Mr & Mrs Morgan Stoke Gifford Bristol.

A pleasure to deal with! Paul, the manager, was very courteous to our requirements, very polite and helpful, and our blinds are absolutely stunning! Highly recommended. Thank you Harmony Blinds!

We had our blinds fitted today I am very pleased with them efficient and very nice people. Used by other members of the family .
