Great place to eat, food was amazing. Busy little place, would advise to book, we were able to walk in without booking though. They had no problem letting me know would I could have as I have allergies, Avon beach car Park next to it. Great views of the beach, also has an ice cream parlour, deli and shop associated to it. Would highly recommend Dietary restrictions: Nut allergy, rapeseed oil intolerance
Oh my goodness I have been multiple times but recently went for an evening meal to celebrate my birthday. Ordered the surf and turf for two. Best meal I have had in while, everything was cooked to perfection. Beautiful views too. You will not be disappointed.Food: 5/5
Interesting menu. Options to sit in or outside - which was welcome given the UK's changeable summer weather!Great gesture of candle in cupcake for birthday. Hand dryers are too high up in both gents and ladies. You end up with droplets thrown up at your face.Food: 4/5
Unforgettable evening at the wine tasting Spanish night, our first time at Noisy Lobster. Fantastic atmosphere, great history and background on the wines, impeccable wait staff and set-up and more importantly, the food was amazing, great portion size and paired well with each wine. Would definitely come back! Totally recommend
Good food, great service. The atmosphere lives up to its name. Aggravatingly noisy. We were seated next to an especially loud family. People shouting at each other across the table. Kids on full volume tablets next to our heads. We expressed how unpleasant the experience was to our server after moving tables to escape the ruckus. the manager who we had never seen stopped us on our way out-after we paid the bill-and asked for feedback. We shared what a terrible experience we had had. We were interrupted by a drunk patron coming in from smoking who said we should “pay attention to the name [noisy lobster] and stop giving this woman a hard time.” The manager told us they would learn from this experience. We left the restaurant to see the manager having a big laugh with the drunk patron through the giant bay windows. I cant remember leaving a restaurant feeling more bothered. If you’re looking for a peaceful meal, this is not your place.
Last day of our short break to the New Forest and we came here as a treat. Excellent food and promptly served. We were seated inside by choice but still had a lovely sea view and with the large windows wide open it was very comfortable dining.Food: 5/5
It was so good I’m back home now wondering if a 3hr drive for lobster rolls is reasonable. I’ve always wanted to eat here when we’ve visited the area, the menu is a bit pricey for a day at the beach and it’s absolutely packed during the day. So we get Lobster Shack fish and chips, which are really good too. I went back as a walk-in on a Sunday evening with my 3yo at 8pm. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The restaurant and car park were quiet and the view of the sea, Isle of Wight and the three needles was a stunning as the sun set. It was indeed pricey £90 for three starters, 2 desserts, 2 soft drinks and a coffee inc service charge, though well worth it, generous portions. I enjoyed it a lot. We had lobster rolls, tempura prawns and bread and dips. Wasn’t a fan of the chocolate mousse dessert, the granola wafers weren’t light, like florentine biscuits. Dietary restrictions: One of us is dairy free and they were able to offer vegan salted caramel ice cream as dessert Kid-friendliness: 8pm on a Sunday very welcoming of me and my 3yo
Have walked past lots of times, and this time was organised enough to book a table for kids and I. Service from the start was excellent and staff lovely. Extensive menu made it hard to choose, with similarly excellent wine list. Food was perfectly cooked and delicious, views fantastic, and service spot-on. Will definitely return.
This could be my new favourite seafood place. Great menu, good efficient service, decent drinks, great view out across to The Needles. But The food is absolutely beautiful. Potted prawn and shrimp was fantastic. Exquisite scallops, beautiful, sweet Lobster, and the Tempura Prawns!! Lovely accompanying sauces, the wild garlic aioli is beautiful. The mussels were superb, with a decent broth. And to finish off a Noisy Lobster 99. A touch of nostalgia. Maybe a touch of strawberry sauce would make it better! Another place I'd like to give 6 stars.
During our walk on Avon Beach, we discovered this restaurant and visited for lunch. Everything was amazing, to say the least. We had excellent food with a pleasant sea view. We loved the fresh oysters and lobster. The prices were a bit high, but every penny we paid was worth it.Food: 5/5
