Popped here for a quick lunch as I was going through the area. My food was well presented and good quality standard pub fare. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Turned up with my disabled elderly father. Made to feel very welcome. The food was beautiful and the pink gin went down way too easily

Great outside area for sunny days. Some shaded tables. Benches and tables are well maintained. Car park is a little small, but people seem to be ok with double parking. Might not suit parents with smaller kids as it is right on the canal. Food is above average, but a little expensive. Bought a Carlsburg and a burger & chips and it was £17.95! 😲

Very helpful, friendly staff and a comfortable interior in a lovely location. We chose a particularly muddy walk accidentally and arrived with a muddy dog and pram, and staff found us a hose to get the worst off, and were very welcoming. We'll definitely be back when the weather is finer!

This pub lacks atmosphere and has very basic random seating. Expensive £4.90 pint of Peroni.
