What a lovely curiosity! Fantastic food, great atmosphere, fabulous service with a smile every time. Couldn't fault a thing. Most definitely worth a visit. It won't disappoint.

Best restaurant in Carmarthen. Had many great meals here, never disappoints! Dan is a great chef and Rachel and all the front of house staff are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful food had by all on our table. The mussels were beautiful to start, plus the lamb was out of this world. The lamb sauce was to die for! I also had a try of the pork, and again the sauce was a taste sensation. I'm not sure who the chef was (Dan Williams I think it said in the front window)... this guy is a genius with flavour. Very very highly recommended.

The food was outstanding & the service excellent. The staff were very polite & helpful. I would highly recommend a visit here.

I went there last night with a party of 20, and I was both impressed with the staff and the outstanding food. It is refreshing to go to a venue that is not a chain and the food is home cooked. The New Curiosity is definitely somewhere I would both recommend and return.
