Visited this venue for a Wedding. Wasn't that great to be fair. A bit disorganised and very tactic. The parking outside was ok, but the inside not so great. The stage is laughable. Fair play to the staff though on the quick turnaround for the next event. Other than that, just average. Been to better and experienced worse.
I went to attend a wedding. The hall very unclean..chairs are stained, carpet is dirty and sticky, crockery was dirty, toilets were disgusting, dirty and very smelly. Overall this place is just disgusting. Waiters just ignore you if asked for anything. It was very cold in the building...most ladies were wearing jackets, cardigan or shawls. I wouldn't recommend this hall at all.
Had a wedding there last weekend. Average wedding hall. I'm not sure where the food was from but it was cold and when we asked to have it warmed or replaced it with warm food they didn't offer it. Service was rubbish and appalling if I'm honest. One or 2 good waiters. Needs a massive improvement and some food warmers for definite.
Disabled friendly access and toilets. Great sound system. We attended few times for Shri SitaRama Kalyanam and AP medical association events
This place looks good when you drive by... The entrance is by going around the building, car parking is cramped. Around the building is awful, unclean and lot of rubbish which makes it unsightly. Inside the building itself is very dated and ugly unclean carpets with patches missing. The wall is not painted properly. The stage is not upto standards. The eating area is unclean, no floor and dusty and lot of cobwebs and untidy, has not been painted for decades. Rusty beams and bird excrement all over the place. The tables and chairs they provide hasn't been wiped at all, unclean and rusty. Overall, a place for Asian public meetings where they don't care standards. Otherwise for family affairs I don't recommend this place at all.
I had an issue with a deposit but it was sorted out by Dolly who provided the service needed for it to be sorted she is very good at her job and does the best for the company she works for, thank you for sorting out the issues we had Dolly, and provided the service needed to do so in difficult circumstances.
Lovely venue for an awards evening . Lights and sound effects were lovely. Large room nice and airy. Nice restrooms. Sat nav took us straight there which was a relief as it’s right in the centre of Birmingham.
This venue in Birmingham is undoubtedly one of the finest for hosting parties. The staff members are exceptionally skilled and extremely accommodating, always available to assist with anything we require. Highly recommended for large gatherings in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
We have paid £50 for a concert and the securities did not let the singer to sing for us because they couldn’t control the situation. One guy had a fight, 20 securities couldn’t control him for this reason they called police and police turned up and they didn’t tell the singer to sing. If the securities cannot control the situation why they accepted 2000 people to come. Okay they have accepted, why at the end exactly at the last hour of the concert, when the beat singer came they said he can’t sing because they couldn’t control the situation. After when they said that the singer cannot sing, The singer try to tell people to go home and when he was talking in the microphone the security took the microphone when he was talking and he get so sad. This not what we accepting from a 5 star hall also the securities disrespected the people as well we are so sad as well.
Lovely place for a function, however, I would add that the staff needs to be more diverse.
