My family and I had a scrumptious lunch yesterday. My cajun chicken pasta was so tasty, excellent portion, and the strawberry sundae was sheer indulgence. Unfortunately the efficiency of the service was quite disappointing. The staff were friendly but we waited so long between courses. A little time is good but they seemed to be just wandering around, no enthusiasm and they were not very busy. It took 3 hours for 2 courses.
We went to the Neville Arms last Sunday for a Sunday roast. The inside of the property is pleasing to the eye. The welcome from the staff is warm and genuine. The service was spot on and the staff were very helpful and professional. The choice of drinks is as one would expect for a good pub/ restaurant. The four of us all had a very good meal. The only small criticism was that the crackling to go with the pork roast was not as one would hope for. Both pieces of crackling were very rubbery which was not a major issue but it did spoil the overall dish a bit. The choice of desserts was excellent and we all had a very tasty and good sized dessert. Overall our experience was really good.
The 2nd time I've eaten here. First time was a long time ago, but it is still a fantastic place to eat. They squeezed my friend & I in at lunchtime today a Tues during school hols as we hadn't pre-booked. A great choice of food on the menu. Fast and efficient service and the food didn't take long either. We both had the Beef & Beer pie with chips instead of mash and veg. It was very filling, lovely and hot and extremely delicious. Quality, quantity and for an acceptable price. Definitely recommend
Very nice meals, well presented, good quality and quantity, staff were excellent, recommended.
I've been here a few times now, usually with a larger group of people 10+ so we've mostly previously picked what we'll all be eating. Food is always served hot and fresh and quickly to the whole group so you don't have anyone sat waiting or other folks food going cold. Staff have always been polite and attentive and knowledgeable about drinks available etc.
Christmas Day meal 2022 was amazing but then again the meals at The Nevll Arms Redditch always are. Lot's of friendly obliging staff. At the end of the meal the owner and kitchen staff went round tables to ensure we had enjoyed ourselves. very nice gesture. My family and I love this place and always sure of amazing food.
Staff are nice. Food is good if you like meat and fish. They do some veggy options. It is a family pub so there maybe screaming children. You need a taxi from town if you want to drink and not drive but who can afford to both. Reasonable prices and good service. Menus online in .pdf files. Went a Sunday lunchtime.
My daughters and I went for the festive lunch and really enjoyed it. Very good value for money £12.50 for 2 courses. The staff were all very pleasant. I enjoyed it so much I going again with my granddaughter and my friend
Took my 84 year old mother there for lunch. A beautiful pub, a lovely comfortable room and tables positioned very very well. Food was excellent and good sized portions. My steak was cooked to perfection rare. Will definitely return.
We received a very friendly welcome, we opted for the Christmas fayre which was excellent, good portion sizes, very tasty and we weren't rushed through our meal. A reasonably priced wine list and good choice of real ales. Highly recommend The Neville Arms.
