My wife Clare Taylor...As you can see this is the chain I bought from you at £1,200 and it is broken and luckily I felt it drop off and my dad's pendant hit the pavement did not lose it, you told me this is a best strongest chain you had and I would not get a better chain than this one I got from you not only you have conned me with a with the whole experience of spending £2450 for the chain that has a very poor link and poorly made pendant that I have made again at another jewelry's I nearly lost the one thing that is very important to me and very sentimental to me , this is the worst experience I have ever dealt with . You have not done anything to put this right and ignoring my emails I have found you to be rude unprofessional uncaring people I have ever come across. Again am left very upset and heartbroken .
I am very disappointed with my experience here . due to the name of the shop I came here seeing a design in the shop to have my late father's ring made into a love box pendant. I hoped for kind understanding care and consideration to detail but I felt I did not get any of the above after I emailed a few times and not getting a reply on my last email . I feel I need to leave feedback on my experience and not happy with the lack of sensitivity and communications with them . if you have something special you want making then don't go here they are not professional or considerate poor communication due to paying a ridiculous amount of money for poor experience ..I now have paid more money to get rid of the bad experience and having it made into something else. they have left me very upset and disheartened by the whole experiences and hope noone else will go through what I did.

My wife purchased the Forever in my Heart necklace in memory or her recently deceased mother. This is a beautiful , quality handmade item which my wife adores. Tessa was extremely friendly and helpful in choosing the pendant and chain - trying out different chain lengths to find the most suitable. My wife is now considering a bracelet to match. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for handmade & unique items.
This is the second time I’ve ordered and I will be ordering again! My mom bought some beautiful jewellery from here which she absolutely loved, so I got her some more which she loved even more. If my moms happy so am I. Deborah also sent out a free little gift as it’s Valentines. Lovely service and stunning hand made jewellery. Very talented.
I haven't even received the jewellery I've ordered and I am writing a review about the service. I left it a bit late to order something special for my mum's birthday but Eileen has been really helpful making sure I choose some things that are perfect, available and will arrive in good time. She despatched them immediately and even gift-wrapped them for me. I have no doubt reading the reviews that the pieces will be every bit as lovely as they look online. Thank you

17 years ago Deborah made our platinum wedding rings. We love them and it was a pleasure to send them back for a polish and a re-size covid and cake ;-. The customer service was wonderful again and I cannot praise highly enough how great it is to use a craftsperson rather than a faceless chain.
A beautiful ,local ,and talented jewellery shop. Handmade pieces to the highest quality. I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughters 18th ,made to order a delivered in plenty of time and the staff are so helpful . Thanks again
