Lovely shop situated in the centre of Keswick. The only problem I had was with the staff, the petite dark haired lady, I believe her name was Tracy? Has a disgusting attitude, I felt she was both patronising and condescending making me feel small, needless to say I left without buying anything which is a shame as there were a beautiful selection of cards, I shan't be returning any time soon.

Great staff, great collection of products to suit all your needs, with really friendly staff avaiable on hand to help out when you need them. Was really chuffed when i found out they did balloons as well. All under one roof. Thanks again.
