After being requested by many friends and family to go and visit 'The Mussel and Crab' they were right. Entering the spacious sized rooms to enjoy the various exotic food was incredible, the spectacular lights and art work really relaxed me whilst i enjoyed my lobster and fish. Next after enjoying my varies of different fish dishes, i moved onto the divine, sweet, chocolatey fudge brownie. It was served with chilled scoops of vanilla ice cream and a light chocolate source to bond the whole desert together. Finally I would recommend this fantastic restaurant to people who adore fish dishes (As they taste divine) and families who love fish as well. i certainly will be coming back to this restaurant.

Very good lunch menu and well priced for the quality of ingredients. The fish choices are very good and interesting and beautifully fresh if our red mullet was anything to go by. Both of our main courses also had lots of flavour in the sauce and we came out thinking how well we had eaten. Nice venue and tastefully decorated. There was a choice of dining areas each with its own ambience ranging from chic bar snack area to classic restaurant and bistro area with nice views. The beers are nothing special in CAMRA terms but it is a restaurant really and the pints I had were well kept ordinary ales on keg. Lovely meal and good service. We shall be going again. a good local find for us.

Took our son and daughter in law to the Mussel & Crab on Saturday night. Very easy to book a table and although it was busy, we were seated in the bar quickly and had our order taken promptly. Taken through to the restaurant when our starters were ready. Food piping hot and nicely presented. All of us were more than satisfied with our choices inc seafood pancakes, scallops and whitebait starters; fish pie, sea bream, sea bass and monkfish mains. No issue with the drinks and as soon as we asked for table water, it was provided quickly.

Never had a bad meal here, lovely food and polite and very efficient staff, never felt rushed or forgotten about. A long way from Louth but we will keep going

Lovely burger I had. My sister had a cracking curry. My son had a lovely Chinese. Jolly good jelly aswell
