Miles away from home it's below 0°, snowing and we have been currently sat here for 3 hours with 3 young kids trying to keep warm waiting for the RAC to pick us up..Spent a small fortune as you can imagine, friendly staff, food was hot and went down a treat.. The in store tablets and colouring pages proved a massive bonus in keeping the kids entertained on this agonising wait... Thank God we broke down so close... Thanks McDonald's, my kids are happy, warm, fed and entertained :)

Poor experience as place is too small for the foot fall. Fantastically busy on good Friday. So used ordering machine, it declined card so left and drove on to next services where costa coffee and m & s had absolutely no problems with same card....Very disappointing

It's A McDonald's. If you need a review then you have missed the point of McDonald's. I enjoyed the food but not the lingering feeling of self loathing that followed it.

Staff very helpful Even though it was very busy the day I popped in. Parking an issue car park full up with people from services. After parking on a grass verge outside when coming back People were looking in car window when they saw me they ran back to what I think is a travelling site up the road. So when parking there be cautious of leaving anything on show

First visit to this McDonald's. Thoroughly enjoyed it with hot food that hit the spot. Friendly staff and fast professional service. Only issue is needs better signage to make it easier to get to!
