All I can say is TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!! We ordered a takeaway, the chicken tasted like rubber and the sauce was extremely salty; the other dish ordered was chicken tikka, which arrived with no sauce or salad. I phoned to complain, the Manager said they would deliver the salad quickly - which never turned up! I then asked for a refund or some money off which was refused. His attitude over the phone was extremely rude, awful customer service. 10% was offered off the next bill however.......ha ha! - like that would ever happen!!

Good basic Indian food. Banquette nights especially good value on Thursday and Sunday. Fixed price for any starter, main, side, bread or rice. Relaxed, friendly staff. Note the normal chef if off on Monday.

It has been a really unexpected bad experience. We ordered and it was delivered. We asked for poppadums and chutneys the chutneys weren't delivered so we rang and asked for them they told us they would charge us extra to deliver them. We then opened our other dishes and the bread was badly burnt and the Korma dry. I rang to complain and was told I couldn't have a full refund even though I'd offered to re package our takeaway. I was told they could do nothing and we would have to accept this with the offer of 15% off our next offer which of course would never happen. They were rude and off hand and because it was a takeaway with cash didn't need to rectify their poor service.

Lovely staff and tasty food on the whole! We have been coming here for over five years and the staff are always so kind to us and our daughter who loves visiting. The food is very good on Wednesdays to Sundays, but we have occasionally had a meal of lesser quality on a Monday or Tuesday night, which, to be fair, is a quiet night and may involve a different chef. The dishes I would recommend are: Chicken Moorish, Garlic Chilli Chicken, Stuffed Paratha, King Prawn Puri and Chana Saag. The Tarka Daal has a beautiful smoky flavour which we love too. Above all else, we rate the staff here who are delightful. Thanks, gents!
