Amazing food, I couldn't fault a single thing. Everything was perfect, booked for a birthday dinner and left a request to sit by the fireplace with a candle in the dessert, all followed to perfection. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be there more often as I've moved into the area. Friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful building. Great Sunday roast. Staff were fantastic. Couldn't fault it. Except one tiny thing, the soap in the toilets was basically water it had been watered down so much.
First time visiting this countryside pub located in Banstead for a while..and was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Our table was located in front of the open log fire which was topped up all evening, keeping us warm. Service was faultless, food was top notch. All in all, a great night.

Just got back for our family meal out at The Mint. We were really pleased with the food, it was absolutely delicious, especially the Pie of The Day, Chicken with Bacon & Brie is a superb combination! A special shout out to our extremely attentive waitress Alice who was brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for better service, she was extremely efficient and her kindness towards our children was especially noted! Thank you so much!
I recently visited The Mint restaurant in Banstead and had a delightful experience. I chose the vegetarian breakfast, and it was fantastic - a delicious blend of flavors and high-quality ingredients. Alice, who I believe was the manageress, and Josh, a young man who assisted her, were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit, making me feel very welcome. Their excellent service made my visit all the more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Mint to anyone looking for a great dining experience. With their delicious food, exceptional service, and welcoming atmosphere, it's definitely worth a visit. I rate it a 5/5 and look forward to returning soon!
Service before and during was excellent a number of reminder text messages and staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was very good. The only small thing I would say is the mixed fruit crumble was tasteless apple, blackberry & cherry - could taste any of the components, the custard was also very running. This wouldn’t stop us from going again though.
Lovely pub restaurant based in Banstead, the restaurant is very nicely decorated, the dining chairs are comfortable. The food was beautifully cooked and very tasty, there is a large selection of desert and a nice drinks list. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is also plenty of parking onsite. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends.
Quante,friendly local pub that serves great food in great surroundings. Went for lunch and had fish mash potatoes and mushy peas all of which was lovely. Toilets on same level, easy access so good for mobility. Good service and friendly staff. Would recommend.
