Typical co-op. Can't always get what you want, but I'm for emergency bits & pieces
Great shop . Friendly staff.
I was visiting the area to see friends and needed some bits n bobs, but was also in a bit of a rush as running late! Found this store which stocked all I needed. However, I am writing the review as one of the ladies in the store, Chelsea was so helpful. Wanted to say thank you for taking the time to help. Great customer service
This is a quiet little shop just off the main road in the grimsbury area of Banbury. If you don't know this is here you are unlikely to find by chance. More pricey than other convenience stores in the local area and slightly more expensive. Staff are friendly and the queues are certainly shorter. If you are someone who cares about quality and service this is probably for you. Otherwise avoid for the other stores.
This shop has really gone down hill, I am hoping that is because it is waiting for a refit and not due to competition from the Tesco express across the road. The store looks untidy, offers are not advertised, the fridges are disorganised and packed with all sorts including non chilled items and the freezer has been empty for months with the frozen meal deal not available! The only good things I can say, despite current issues, are it is great having a local co-op, it's nicer than Tesco, has pay point and the staff are amazing and so friendly!
Lovely and clean store right on my door step which is nice lovely and friendly staff most off them ie mark and Paul always have a laugh when they are working when I go into the store u are welcomed with a smile and a hello and how are u today but some of the staff have no matters at all
Been shopping here for the past couple of years. Good selection of stuff and most of the staff are top drawer. It's got a good selection of alcoholic beverages too!
Tend to only stock items they want to stock rather than what customers want to buy. No sandwich thins or thick cut marmalade again today! Almost no choice of healthier low fat ready meals or coleslaw, refuse to stock actimel.
Paul should stop smoking
Always have what I need, always somewhere to park, easy to get to and they sell hot bacon and sausage sandwiches what more could you ask for in a local shop
