Place is always busy, but fewer checkouts are available, so ends up waiting longer to pay. Cafe food is outstanding and has great value for money. Must try Sunday roast and breakfast. Coffee machines seem to have problems frequently. Staffs are friendly, and nothing's a fuss.
Got a lovely welcome from staff,very helpful. We had breakfast each and tea,great price and delicious,served hot and tea refills!! Much better value than witherspoons. Now going to do some shopping,although we was not intending to haha ,will definitely recommend!!! Thank you to the staff Oh and very clean
Cafe visited for a quick bit of lunch on a Sunday. On entry saw a sign that said due to lack of staff kitchen shut at 2pm. So sandwiches is was then! A good cafe overall and worth a sit down when you want a hot meal on the go. Get some more staff Morrisons, and you'll be back to 5 stars !
Went for their 3 course Christmas lunch, today, great value for money. Didn't have the veggie option available but was informed & changed my meal, thanks especially to Michael on checkout and Theresa you were great nice to see some cheerful faces & helpful staff. A credit to the cafe. Many thanks all involved it was very enjoyable.
One of the best supermarkets I have visited in the UK. Plenty of parking space. Fully stacked shelves. Friendly staff except one lady. The cafe is also good.
Well not impressed loyalty card Well a joke only get points on certain items I've not had any points the last 3 visits going back to tescos the store needs to change badly with there loyalty program
I find the store to other Morrisons I have visited very untidy disorganised. Some of the management staff look scruffy and unkept.The dates on products are very short and you have to check very carefully. The stock rotations are idiotic. So much so I have started visiting Aldi and Lidl
Freezers covered with industrial tape instead of fixing the problem, not much availability in the store. More self-service tills open than actually tills. Was more staff in the cafe than in the actually shop. Will be avoiding in near and distant future
In recent times past year, inventory management in this store has steadily deteriorated. even basic items: kale, packaged chopped onions, chicken thighs!, house brand tonic water, cinnamon swirls, sourdough bread - have all been missing from the shelves! I no longer rely on being able to buy the things I need from this store! Off to a competitor.
There are never any staff on the fish or meat counters and customers are constantly complaining. Why can't they have a button system to summon staff within a fixed time period?
