I'm so disappointed with the front desk person named Fiona; she's not very helpful, and every time I go there, she's not willing to help. For sure, I'm not the only person who has the same comment about her. That kind of employee will ruin the image of Meadows. Most people there are friendly and very helpful; she's the only one who is not kind and doesn't even smile.
