Lee has been exceptional from the day we walked through the door to the day our kitchen fit was finished. Despite him being away for some of the job nothing has been too difficult and any issues were quickly rectified with little disruption to us. Lee has given us great advice throughout the design and fit and he is clearly passionate about doing a good job and knows the products really well! Similarly his communication with us has been second to none. The quality of the kitchen is great and we are really pleased with the finished look. We would recommend handcraft to our friends and the fact that they are local to us has been a real benefit. Thanks for your hard work!

Lee has supplied me with a few kitchens now, quality is superb and his professionalism has made my job fitting them a joy!!

I bought a very expensive kitchen from Handcraft in 2014. Trying to get it fitted by A Gent was an absolute nightmare taking more than 2 years for most of the snags to be sorted. Handcraft in its previous life closed and the company was reopened by the owners son who despite helping to fit my kitchen says current problems are nothing to do with him. Therefore further issues with the fitting are left to me to sort out. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY or the company A GENT of Rushden. They are total cowboys.
