My takeaway was definitely not cooked fresh. I think I got the weekend leftovers. I have had food from them in past and was happy, sadly not this time. Will not order from them again.
Ordered lamb biryani, butter delight chicken and garlic naan. Usually it’s a no brainer with them and they are my go to place for Indian food. It’s been some time since I’ve ordered from them but when I did last evening I was so disappointed to see that that their quality was shocking. I don’t know if they have a new chef or if the food wasn’t cooked fresh but it definitely wasn’t Manzil gold food I’ve had all these years! Very disappointed as a loyal customer. From a solid 5 stars it went right down to a 1 because of how plain the food tasted. Sadly will not ordering again.
Went here on a work meal, 13 of us and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant in terms of decor is quite modern and brings a nice calm feeling to the venue. As there were quite a few of us we ordered a variety of mains, ranging from korma, to madras and bhunas. I ordered the lamb bhuna with a cheese and chilli nan, it was right on the money. The nan was spot on, fluffy with stringy cheese. And the portions are extremely generous, we ended up taking few things home. Extremely satisfied and will definitely be popping in again. Slight downside was all of the order didn't come out together, some of my colleagues were waiting longer than the rest of us, but it's no slight on what was served, excellent food.
Ordered from their website today and been waiting almost two hours. First time we called saying already with driver then after 30 minutes it didn’t arrive and rang them again and told us there was no order although we had the confirmation and order number, money was taken from the bank. Left us on the phone and hang up on us. We’ve been ordering from here but we might start avoiding due to this experience. We wanted to cancel order but now can’t get through their phone line. Very disappointing.
Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Bought a takeaway from their website that never arrived, after several calls and 3 hours later and asking for a refund they hung up on me. Ended up without any food and 30 quid out of pocket. I've had to now raise a dispute with my bank to try to get the money back. Avoid this place like the plague

Dined in today with a friend. Staff were very welcoming right from the beginning to the end and service was very good. We enjoyed our food and will visit again.
Been going here for years...New management is fantastic and the new refit looks great. Food was really nice as well as the service. Would recommend!

Food is good, reasonable price. Delivery takes up to 2 hours, rather than the 40-60 minutes quoted online that's when ordered direct, may be quicker through just eat/uber eats etc but is more expensive. Edit: I have been back here twice more and both times delivery has taken more than 90 minutes despite delivery time being claimed as up to 45 minutes upon ordering, and also using delivery companies. Every time I have ordered from here I have had to ring to see where my food is.. every time the same answer 'the delivery driver has just left'. Downgraded from 3 stars to 1. Won't be going back due to unreliability.
