Great place for friends and family, reasonably priced. Two trails, sacred skull and temple trail. Both are quite fun, sacred skull being a bit more challenging. 18 holes are priced at £10 which seemed very reasonable to me. The ambience and look of the place was very very remarkable, lots of visual and audio effects going on.
Probably one of the best crazy golf places I've been to! A bit tucked away, but easy enough to find, the two courses of eighteen holes are huge! While the skull trail is better for a challenge, I thought the jungle atmosphere around the temple trail was way better! Would definitely recommend doing both if it's in your budget, and it is honestly priced better than some eighteen hole courses!!
We had a great time once we got in. I have never in my life seen queues so big to get into a mini gold establishment! Took about 35 minutes to get in but once we did it was great. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The course was well set out and plenty of seating and places to but drinks around while you’re waiting to move on. The cocktails were lovely and service was fast. Would definitely come back.
We came late - asked the woman behind the bar who was clearly closing down the bar if we had enough time for six of us to play a round, because we were conscious of keeping them after time. We were categorically told we had until 1am. As long as we’d paid for our round by 11pm. We each paid our £11+ entry fee. We were approached by a member of staff 20 minutes in, who told us we had to speed up. Then a further 20 minutes later, halfway through our round, we were approached by another member of staff who told us we had 10 minutes to get out. When we challenged this with what we’d been told when we entered, he said that the person behind the bar “wouldn’t lie” so we “hadn’t been told 1am”. We understood if there had been a miscommunication of timings, however being accused of lying - and then further told that he had been present when we were served which didn’t happen was just poor customer service. The staff member who took our money was nowhere to be found and other members of staff were determined to support her, unfounded. Calling us out as liars! If we hadn’t double checked before we paid, we could vaguely understand but the service was unacceptable. Nearly £70 paid for 9 holes of mini-golf! Poor.
We love this place. Every Time we come to Nottingham we come here for a highly competitive game.
Did the skull crusher course. £11 each £22 total for 18 holes. Pretty good, some clever use of levels etc to make it interesting. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Just thought £11 was a bit steep for something that was completed in 15 mins.
Great afternoon at Lost City in the miserable English weather. Great customer service by the attendant staff. Welcoming and friendly. We will be back for the new look next time.
We a party of 6 arrived at lost city crazy golf in Nottingham at 22:50, we thought it was late so asked the lady on reception if we had time to play. She said yes, they close at 1pm. We even double checked to see if we would cause them any issues with closing times, we were reassured we had time to play. 20 minutes into our game, a staff member Isabelle? approach us telling us to hurry along, she was impolite but we thought nothing of it. 20 minutes later we were aggressively approached by Finley, a staff member who told us we had to finish in the next 10 minutes. We explained that we were told we had until 1pm and he accused us of lying, he was very irate and confrontational. We had to stop our game half way through and were thrown out. The level of customer service was nothing short of disgraceful. They clearly just wanted to take our money near closing time and had no interest in letting us complete a game. Both Finley and Isabelle, were incredibly rude. The customer service was appalling. We did not appreciate being called liars and being shouted at. We may have misunderstood what we were told at the beginning, however there is a way that the staff should handle it and this certainly was not it. 0/10. Birthday ruined.
Very well themed place. I’m a power chair user so did ask about accessibility. It is accessible if you have a small wheelchair, wide one wound struggle to go through some of the gaps. There is a small lip between each course which my power chair did manage however it is bumpy so not idea if you have a bad back. Lovely place to visit.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and clear instructions. Only issue was that despite the rules of 4 people per group on their info, we found ourselves behind a family group of 7, so were constantly waiting in the heat for the next hole to be free. Meaning we ended leaving before doing the 2nd course so we didn't miss our dinner reservation despite having had ample time when we started.
