The manager is very rude and has no customer experience or service experience. She's basically argumentative as I was trying to purchase a new pair she was rude to me about the trainers I had already purchased from there 3 months before. I've spent 1000's with footlocker but after this experience I will now shop elsewhere in future or order online.
very very nice experience. Didn’t even want to spend money when i walked in but the customer service is TOP. especially mention to AP at the Nottingham city center store, amazing service and very patient. I always hate pushy customer service but i was very impressed by the hard work and patience he had. Will definitely come back again.
Went in yesterday and bought some trainers. Had an error with my card so had to return and re buy them. Was served by Jaida who was polite and really really helpful. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Will be returning

A lovely young guy served us in the store. He had only been working there a few months. His people skills were excellent, he deserves to do well in retail.
Very polite and helpful staff every time we have been in. The staff aren't pushy like a lot of the other sports shop and the staff in the Derby shop know their stuff. Even if you're just browsing it doesn't feel like you're being hounded and the staff are available when required. Prices can go from reasonable to whatever you want to spend on trainers. The selection of trainers is pretty good and the shop tends to get most new releases in, but If the new releases aren't in the staff always offer to help order it in if it is in stock. Small selection of brands clothes aswell at usual prices.

Excellent customer service. The representative was friendly and patient enough to help me choose the right trainers within my budget.
Very disappointed. Purchased a pair of kickers school shoes for £85!! March - July only worn for 13 weeks in total, if you account for the half terms in between. Shoes now have.a large gaping hole at the side Other than that in next to new condition. Told to use glue. I should have brought them back within 3 months, but said even then he could not guarantee an exchange. Despite me bringing in my receipt. Proof that you when you buy quality, you don't always get what you pay for. As a result I will not be buying from there again unfortunately. There prices are steep for what you get.
Bought a pair of air force 1 trainers, upsold a pair of 10 pound toe box protectors, couldn't even use them as they bunch up in the shoe and crease the toe box. Asked if I could return them at the counter as they are not fit for purpose and did the opposite of what they are supposed to, creasing my 120 pound trainers. Manager said no we can't return those. I asked if I could leave them with them to throw away and she told me to throw them in the bin outside. Disgusted with this ordeal.
