Horrible, dirty, nasty place, rude staff. I left immediately without trying to get a refund. The ironic thing is that I managed to get a decent room for 5£ more within 5 minutes walking distance.
Awful place. It's dirty and they don't give you shampoo or soap they don't have WiFi in the bedrooms
There was bed bugs when we went. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They ended up kicking us out at night with no where else to go because they didnt want to give us another room after we found bed bugs in our room.
