The Iconic London Print Company was established in the West End in 1989.

We have succeeded by listening to our customers and meeting their needs through investing in people and equipment. We continue to offer a great service at good value.

In 2003 we opened a branch of printing.com at the London Print Company in order to add some of the best value full colour printing in the UK to our Design, Printing and Document Production Services.

Came to them for a simple two-colour print and what a fiasco. I asked for a sample of the print as anyone would before committing to a large order and it looked less than perfect to put it lightly. Was charged £10 for the test prints.  When I told them I wasn’t happy the printout was highly rasterised with sharp zigzag edges I was told “your files are no good”. I sent every conceivable file type including vector and JPEG. I offered to improve the files and asked for feedback. Zero attempt to remedy the prints, zero solutions offered, and outright hostility by the staff. Took no more than 5-10 minutes of their time total but I could feel their radiating contempt.  I remained polite and patient but was eventually told “I’m not gonna do this all day. Take it or leave it!” in the whiniest most grumbling tone imaginable. So I left. Probably caught them on an off day but I have never encountered a business with such hostility and outright disdain for customers.

I came here this afternoon and want to print some pdf slide and convert pdfs with one slide per page into 4 slide per page. The format of 15 pdfs that i need to print is very special, so it is quite time-consuming       and difficult to convert the format of them. Thank Marcio very much for helping me friendly and effectively. Printing files for me costed him about 40 mins, but he is very patient and smiling.  I am really impressed with Marcio's professional skill and great attitude. This place is so great.

The staff is the nicest, extremely helpful and they did a great job with the print job. Highly recommend this place!

My fiance and I had our wedding invitations printed here after designing them ourselves at home and we have been so impressed with the whole experience. A really efficient service and great quality prints! Special shout out goes to Alison and Marvin who worked with us through the process of getting the invites printed and were brilliant. Highly recommend!

The print quality is very good, crisp and sharp and very much aligned with my vision. The staff went over and beyond to sort out getting my package to me when i was unable to pick it up. Will certainly be using them again.

I use The London Print Co as they offer a speedy service that is competitively priced. This is the second time I have used the company to print posters. The staff are friendly and helpful and I'm always happy with the results! I have recommended them to colleagues who now use them regularly also. Natalie made the process simple and straightforward which is exactly what I needed. I will definitely continue to use them.

We get all our business cards from LPC and have done so for a long time. The quality of the cards is fantastic and the service outstanding. They are really helpful and speedy when dealing with our enquiries, always happy and friendly - very patient and understanding too, Natalie and Jana especially! I emailed to enquire about a quote to print my partners dissertation for him as a surprise. I looked around and honestly these guys we’re the fastest to respond, very helpful while also being excellent quality and very reasonably priced. I couldn’t fault them at all. They dealt with me asking every stupid question and helped me reach my final product. Their service was quick and very friendly. I don’t do reviews often but I truly do highly recommend this team! The London Print Company offers a professional service. We have now used them twice for business cards and have been thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the end-product! They are reasonably priced and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I got my wedding invitations printed at the London Print Company. As I already had my design that I wanted to go ahead with, the staff were quite helpful in letting me realize my vision. And they helped me achieve my vision for a competitive price. I wish, however, that I could have printed in multiples of 100. Overall, quality service and a quality end product.
