I find “first colour” on Google. I called and Tony helped me a lot and sort out brilliantly my printings that I needed to complete the same evening of my call. He was patient, very helpful, quick service, I was very impressed by his rapid work, very friendly, lovely person, and achieving great finish work, very good quality work. I cannot recommend First Colour highly enough! They literally held my hand every step of the way, making a stressful situation not only manageable but downright pleasant. I was in complete and utter despair the night before I needed labels for my new venture's pilot weekend, convinced it was too late. I called them at 9 PM, and that's when Dave became my knight in shining armour. Despite being past his working hours, Dave didn’t just calm me down—he took the time to walk me through the entire process. He removed all my worries about sizing and helped me make decisions with confidence. He wouldn't stop until I felt completely comfortable, which was far more than I could have ever expected. But the amazing service didn’t stop with Dave. After him, I had the pleasure of working with Yarek, and later Paul. These guys are what I now refer to as “The Real Dream Team.” Even through the night, when there was an issue with my payment, Yarek emailed me, and by 10:30 the next morning, Paul had it all sorted out. By midday, everything was ready for collection. Print Works deserves more than 5 stars for their kindness, compassion, knowledge, expertise, and impeccable teamwork. Their exceptional work not only saved my project but restored my faith in humanity. If you need printing done, no matter the size or deadline, do yourself a favour—call Print Works!
I've come to this place for the first time, with one simple print of the poster. Was really wondered that First Colour is actually working for real - 24/6. Which I think is great. Because I came there Saturday night, after night shift. After midnight, the kind gentleman opened the door, asked what I needed, and said the price. He printed me one poster and just showed the way back. On my question, "How much?" gentlemen answered: "No worries." That was huge and very kind of him. For a future, he got a loyal client. If I could give 100 stars to Dave I would, Dave from your store is absolutely incredible, so patient and so kind. I gave 5 stars because there is no option for more than 5 stars. Brilliant and friendly Firstcolour printers will be my first choice for all my printing needs. I had an urgent print job and nobody could assist especially on a Bank Holiday weekend. Toni from Firstcolour was super helpful and efficient and got the job done within hours. The end result was excellent. Well done to Firstcolour, thank you. I highly recommend Firstcolour to everyone.
