This is likely long over due. My daughter struggles going to the dentist and we go every 3 months to keep on top of things. We consistently receive excellent top notch care. Chantelle is a real gem, and goes above and beyond with my daughter. Dr Mark is also exceptional, if you need care for yourself or kids come here. Understanding, non judgmental and last but not least always a clean office. Honestly the entire office is very helpful and kind, highly recommend coming here!
The dentist had a very hard time holding back his contempt toward me due to my failing dental health. Unfortunately, I have a very severe attention deficit disorder. Never in my life has someone drawn attention to the self-harm scar I've had for 13 years.. talk about rude. I changed to a new dentist and they seemed more concerned than contemptuous, unfortunately, the dental studio's fault or not everything I got done ended up getting reversed here. He did have me in to try to fix it but acted like he didn't want to deal with it the entire time and was very clearly rushing it.
I'd have to have my file checked, but I believe I've been going to Dental Studio London-South for approximately 15 years now. My experiences have always been great from the front desk staff to the hygienists and my dentist Dr. Mark Fantegrossi. To be more specific at the front desk I have always dealt with Hana. She has great communication and organizational skills and has always gone above and beyond to meet my needs. If you're afraid of going to the dentist, don't be afraid of Dr. Mark. He is caring, sensitive, has a gentle touch and always checks with you several times to see how you're doing during a procedure. Dr. Mark has a great bedside manner. Overall, the whole team does a great job! And if we all admit it nobody really likes to go to the dentist. But if you're looking for a new place to "hang your hat" definitely consider Dental Studio London-South. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed and will always come away satisfied.
Yesterday I went in to see Dr. Mark, August 22, while I was sitting in the waiting room, this little child said to their mother. Mommy we have the best dentist in the world. I just smiled. I went in for my procedure, Dr. Mark was making sure I was completely comfortable. While he was working on my teeth. I felt completely relaxed and safe. As I was sitting there I thought to myself, Dr. Mark is the best dentist in the world. Not only is Dr. Mark the best, his staff is amazing. I remember the first time I came in to the dentist office, Hannah was extremely friendly and made me feel like I was her best friend. I always look forward to coming to the office, I never have any fear, I am so grateful I found this dentist office two years ago. I recommend this dentist office to whomever reads my Google review. After moving to the area, I did a LOT of research before choosing a new dentist. I have dental anxiety from past bad experiences so it's vital I have a place can trust. Dental Studio London South checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. They explain each step even just cleaning so you know what's happening, go over treatment options, have state-of-the-art equipment, offer direct billing, and above all-- are approachable and friendly! I have problematic teeth and after exhausting all other efforts to save a tooth, ended up needing a root canal. Dr. Navi was fantastic throughout the multi-appointment process. He kindly offered to come in on his day off for the root canal procedure itself so it could take place first thing in the morning as I work overnights. I will not forget that. Thank you!
My kids and I have been patients here for 6+ years now and I cannot say enough good things about the team at the South location. Hanan especially has been more than helpful with our appointment scheduling and insurance situations over the years. She goes above and beyond for us! I can honestly say that Dr. Mark and his partners/team are the best dental healthcare providers we have ever been to.
Always a great experience with Dr Mark. Very patient with my son and takes the time to explain everything very clearly to me.
What an amazing experience at the dentist today. Hannah and Ashley were very polite and friendly. Chantel did an awesome job and Dr Mark as always was professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this dental studio.
Dr. Fantegrossi has always provided exceptional care for me and my family for over 10 years now. Hannah and the front desk team are friendly and accommodating. Chantal and the other hygienists are a great asset to the team too. We highly recommend Dental Studio London for families in need of high quality dental care!
