I had Invisalign and cosmetic bonding done at the London Bridge branch and I can’t express how happy I am with my teeth now. Every time I had appointment, I felt well looked after and comfortable. I wish I could remember all the names of the doctors I was seen by, but in particular Shirin & Dr Attal. Dr Attal helped me with my cosmetic bonding and I can’t thank him enough for his patience. I was a little picky and specific with how I wanted my teeth and he ensured I was happy with my results. I am now a confident women with beautiful teeth, thanks to Sensu.

I had an amazing experience at Sensu. From the initial consultation to getting the braces fitted to getting cosmetic dentistry work done, I can't recommend Sensu enough. I'm so happy with the results and thankful to Dr. Anish and everyone else who have made the experience really wonderful. I referred my sister last year and she got her braces removed couple of weeks ago and she is super happy with her teeth too! Thanks Sensu for everything! :

I had my first free consultation at Sensu London Bridge. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Tamara, my treatment coordinator, is amazing. She clearly explain me all the treatment options available for me and supported me to choose the right one for me! I would definitively advise this clinic.

I came for a consultation at the Wimpole street branch and i was very happy with the overall service and care provided by all staff members! All the team were super professional, the dentist did a thorough check up, took necessary x-rays and discussed about health of my gums and  teeth before explaining all the possible treatment options. I left the surgery feeling very excited to start my treatment.

Really disappointed with the level of customer service of Sensu. It is pretty much impossible to get through with them via the telephone and then when you arrive five minutes late after calling them to let them know they had no idea you were even calling! What’s the point of a phone number if nobody is there to pick up the phone – especially when I arrived and both receptionists Were just sitting there having a chat whilst one was watching series on their phone!. Highly unprofessional! The only thing that is keeping me going is my orthodontist who has been amazing every treatment and brings a positive energy to my appointment. Otherwise the customer service is shocking and needs to be evaluated. For the money that we spend trying to fix our teeth – we deserve better customer service than what I experienced.  I can’t wait for the next 3 weeks so I can be finally done with Sensu.  Such a shame

Adriana was absolutely amazing. She fitted the wire behind my teeth and she did a perfect job. It wasn't easy keeping my mouth open for an hour, during the removal of my attachments and fitting of the wire, but she spoke to me the whole way through and made me feel comfortable. I've had extensive cosmetic treatment at the Sensu London Bridge clinic: including Porcelain Veneers, Gum sculpting, Teeth whitening for my lower, natural teeth and Hygienist visits. In the past, I had suffered really bad dentistry/veneers and I really wanted to correct this. I found Sensu from their great reviews and dedication to cosmetic dentistry.  Dr Anish Berry has been my dentist from my very first consultation all the way through to now. His assistant Rhaimon has also been easy to liaise with and is always helpful when it comes to scheduling my appointments.  Dr Anish is extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He has also been very invested in making sure I am happy with my treatment, specifically my 10 veneers. Trust me, I'm not an easy person to please! I can be very particular when it comes to the cosmetic work I have done, but Dr Anish has always been patient and understanding of the vision I was going for with my new teeth.  Another thing I really liked about Sensu was their focus on getting my gums healthy I had neglected this area before, in order to minimise problems with my new veneers. I was referred to hygienist Michayla who helped show me the correct flossing and gum care techniques.  Once my gums were in a healthy state and my lower teeth had completed the whitening treatment — Dr Anish started the prep process, conducted my gum contouring and fit the temp veneers. He then physically made adjustments that I asked for, to ensure my permanent set were the right look. This process was collaborative, and I felt listened to, which was important to me.  While waiting for my perm veneers to be made via the lab, I did have a couple of issues with my temps but Rhaimon and Dr Anish were very accessible and even fit me in for an urgent appointment at very late notice.  When my permanent set were eventually fit, there was of course an adjustment period, especially as my gums were still quite irritated by the whole process so far. However, now that my gums have settled and I have gotten used to my new veneers — I really like my new smile! I'm no longer self conscious about my teeth and I've received some wonderful compliments from my friends & family.  I do have a minor gum issue but I have mentioned this to Dr Anish and hygienist Michayla and trust they will keep helping me with this going forward.  Some constructive feedback I would give from my journey is: I really wish I had been able to see digital mock-ups of how the final veneers set could look. Of course, I trusted Dr Anish's expert opinion and experience, however I would've loved to have weighed up different aesthetic options. I suggest creating this service for future clients even as a paid option, for those such as myself looking for a completely bespoke experience.  Overall, I can't thank Dr Anish Berry & Sensu enough for my smile transformation. Dr Anish is a true expert and I believe anyone who he looks after is in very good hands.

I basically just started my treatment and it's not been great so far. I really should have followed my instints, it was a task to get through to anyone over the phone, to get appointments etc. Tamara has been the only reason I stuck with them, it took over a month to get my braces on.  The orthodontist only worked one day a month at the London Bridge clinic, like seriously?  I got an appointment at the Wimpole street clinic only because I threatened to cancel my planned treatment.  Every appointment has run over 30 minutes late. Finally got the top braces on and after a few days a wire was cutting inside my cheek so I made an emergency appointment to get that fixed.  Unfortunately I was 10 minutes late for the appointment which I rang to tell them about and I was left for over an hour before I was seen.  As if they would have seen me on time to begin with, it was an emergency appointment because of the pain I was in, I had to cancel a planned engagement for this.  They have offered me a free appointment with a hygienist but I'm very upset with the service and treatment so far.  I just hope that after all this I get the desired result and not regret using them.

Best dentist I've been too. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and accommodating.  The dentist did a gentle and thorough examination and explained everything in good detail. I am genuinely recommending this practice.

I had an emergency on Sunday where the envisalign wire at the back of my teeth came loose.  I then messaged Sensu London Bridge through instagram and within 10 minutes they confirmed that they were going to fit me in that same day and that they were going to stay open till later than normal to ensure that they give me the help and treatment that I needed and they even followed this up with a courtesy call.  They were so supportive and have been extremely supportive from the first day I started my treatment with them around 3 years ago.  I would recommend Sensu to anyone and can’t thank the Sensu team enough for all their help.  George Georgiou
