Rung for appointment 2 weeks ago Doctor phoned and said I had to have a blood test and she would ring me back today Monday as she only works Monday to decide what treatment to start now 6pm after waiting in all day still no phone call I did ring the practice at 2pm only to be to by receptionist that doctors do their own diary and just wait It's a total shambles
This practice needs to seriously review what they are doing to their patients mental health being told that I cannot see a doctor can't make an appointment. Went to Cardenden after work and I needed to see a doctor but because I choose to go to work front line nhs dental practice but because I leave for work before they open and as I could not take such a personal phone call as triage call back or doctor phone consult at work. I approached desk and explained situation she seemed to understand but on speaking to her supervisor she came forward and basically said tough that's the doctors policy and they make the rules however as medical staff she should know that there are exceptions to policy and she should have contacted the doctor for their decision but refused. Spent a really uncomfortable night scared to fall asleep. Tried to make complaint by email as advertised in their policy document ha ha ha you can't make a complaint by email as they don't show email address i
awful , losing samples , how can a surgery carry on with such poor reviews and do nothing about it
Not pleasant when you know something not right and your told it's all in your head and feel your getting laughed at by the doctors. I was born very poorly, 6 years ago was put on a ventilator because of my breathing through the night. But this also causes other problems and my lungs have still deteriorated
We're supposed to feel lucky simply to be in their presence, or fearful enough that we'd better not cross them. Facing such big personalities may leave us feeling intimidated, angry, frustrated, or a host of other negative emotions, not improving our health that we've come to see them about.
Its for my fiance. He has lung cancer which has spread to his spine and pelvic bone. The doctor was greaat but could not answer . Hes seen an oncoligist at the vic and she said do u want to know hiow how long uve got bu he said no. Has any one dealt with this? If u have please txt me. Thanx
Doctors is a complete shambles. Four days to wait for a doctor's appointment.
Trying to get an appointment with them is a joke like don't even answer the phones...... New review...... Called 47 times before getting an answer to then be told I will have to wait for someone to phone me back with an appointment
Worse doctors I've been to trying to tell me tht all the pain I'm in is in my head
