Best Practice I've been to, Been given more help here for things that I should of had help with long ago at other practices, Sometimes you have to wait a little longer but usually at worst its 10 minutes and it appears to be because they are busy and helping somebody, not twiddling there thumbs like in some Medical Practices I've been to, Only Niggle is there has been a quite grumpy receptionist when phoning up before, who really wasn't pleasant, but recently and for the past few months I have not had this issue ( I wonder if she was sacked.. ) It's overall a Very good Medical Practice

I attend the surgery very often and I am generally treated quickly and find the staff and medical professionals very helpful and competent I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs help or advice

Ridiculous. If you manage to get through to the lazy receptionist after phoning at least 20 times then you'll be lucky to be taken for your appointment on time and not be waiting for an extra hour.

Always running very late regardless of time of day. Some very nice doctors and some who clearly don't want to be there. Receptionists are not approachable and act if the clients are an inconvenience.
