Hi Mina, just to say the group absolutely loved the lamingtons, my friend who lives close to me is probably going to be in touch regarding getting more. They thought there was a great layer of icing which of course is so disappointing when you bite into one and it doesn’t have enough. Fabulous and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Amazing experience & beautiful cakes from The Village Bakery. Mina was amazingly helpful and it’s clear that making cakes is a labour of love for her - she really wanted to understand the occasion and the recipient so she could propose the best cake. She’s also very efficient & prompt with responding to messages - definitely somebody you can count on. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
I had been recommended The Village Cakery by another baker who couldn't meet my deadline. Straight away I was impressed by the delicious looking cakes on the IG page! I needed a vegan cake for my husband's birthday celebration and Mina did not seemed phased by any of my requests. She was an excellent communicator and the process of discussing and ordering the cake was very easy. I'm all about the flavour and Mina did not let me down. But the presentation of the cake was also beautiful! My guests were all saying how tasty the cake was and quite a few asked for extra slices to take home! I would highly recommend The Village Cakery, and I will definitely look to go to.Mina again in the future.
I came across The Village Cakery just by chance and decided to place an order for my mum’s birthday cake. I can say this was a good decision as we were impressed and happy with not only the presentation of the cake we chose but also with the taste. Ordering the cake was also quick and efficient.
