Air BnB booking. Super spacious annex for family of 4. Everything you need, cozy modern. Great location for Eden and Cornish South Coast.

Beautiful location in the heart of Cornwall. Excellent access for the both North and South coast and right next to the Eden project!

A beautiful B&B in a lovely location. A first class welcome, great rooms with every facility you need, gorgeous rooms, very peaceful, very comfortable beds, awesome gardens, amazing breakfast (best I've ever had), excellent service and very friendly hosts who go out of there way for you. Very highly recommend and ideal location for Knightor Winery (where we attended a wedding reception) and very close to the Eden project.

It is in an excellent location, within walking distance of The Eden Project, St Austell and the beach. The cottage itself is well presented and comfortable, would thoroughly recommend!
