I should have also checked these ratings before ordering. I emailed, Stating that I urgently need the part and at £5 shipping was expecting it to be send via first class, espesially a very small item. I called them on Monday to check and they assured me it was going out the same day. Needless to say, they only posted on Tuesday and I might now not have it on time. Would not use again.
Wow! that was a close shave. Called to place an order and got the sales guy answer with "yeah". He really did not give a sh@t about the company. Realised within 30 seconds that I should check reviews before placing my order. Would not recommend to purchase from this company as they don't seem to care.
Bought a couple of items recently online. Phone call a couple of days later saying one item out of stock and so would come direct from manufacturers. True to word, item in stock arrived promptly and the other item, a week or two later arrived from manufacturers. All in all a sound experience. The guys there did a fair job at keeping me informed. Thanks.
Paid extra for quicker delivery in time for the plumber booked in which they confirmed over the phone. They simply passed my order to another company who then subsequently couldnt keep the delivery promise. Highly inconvenient as just had a baby that day and relied on them to do their job. Failed. Avoid
Purchased a mirrored cabinet and when it was delivered the packaging was in a terrible state and when we opened it one of the mirrored door panels was chipped. This was over a couple of months ago, and since then we've had numerous false promises about replacements arriving or refunds, and passing us between British Bathroom Co and Bradford Co. Now they refuse to answer emails, and we're stuck with having to purchase another £250 cabinet. Buyer beware!
Absolute scams. They simply do not deliver the items. They kept us holding for days... we were following up daily and they were ensuring the items were going to arrive, but they kept on postponing the arrival day and refuse to state arrival date in writing. Eventually they said the item were faulty and could not be delivered. Please do avoid such scams.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I cannot verbalise how much I regret placing an order with this company – they have messed up my order no less than 4 times leaving me without a fully functioning bathroom for over 1 month. The level of customer service is appalling – I have called more times than I can count and each time have had to explain the full story again to another disinterested staff member. They have made no effort to rectify their mistakes, they have my money so they obviously do not feel the need to make it right. I paid for a full bathroom and that’s all I wanted – I wasn’t asking for anything else. It’s so disappointing that a family run business would operate in this way and treat their customers with such disregard. The stress this has caused is so unnecessary and could have been easily avoided if one person had just made the effort to sort the issue in the first place…. but the manager seemed less interested than the staff so I suppose they follow example. I would strongly advise against placing any orders here to avoid the experience I have had.
Sent an email to enquire if they would take a cheque payment, did not get a reply. They dont seem to go for customer service, in view of other negative reviews I will shop elsewhere.
