Linden Medical Group Changed my GP without informing me. They get paid to bounce patients around at about £60 a time. They have put me on a cheaper medication, which is worse for me and my condition. Not doctors more like medical accountants! Poor practice, don't go there. Rude receptionists.

After visiting the doctors to inquire about my spot medication.. which was declined... a follow up call for the receptionist was awful. I use the spot medication for my work which is as a model. She implied that my job wasn’t important and belittled me to the point where I actually become very upset. She explained that the I had taken so many doses and they would not be giving me anymore till a later date... which was fine but the manner in which she spoke to me and made me feel so small was discusting.

I went in due to excruciating stomach pain, Dr Adl (I think it’s spelt like that) then without permission did a pregnancy test with my mum in the room (I was 16), it was Salmonella, not pregnancy? Other than that the service is terrible, the doctors are terrible and the waiting time average at around 45 minutes

Been there multiple times for myself and my kids, yes there is a wait like at any other nhs doctors, however never been treated rudely like so many of these people. have to say i have no complaints and everyone is fine

Not a good practice. Never anywhere to park. I even got a ticket off a traffic warden because I needed to see the doctor. Just great. You never get to see one doctor, get passed around like a piece of meat and get told different information from each one. I never know where I stand. I even got told I didn't have a hearing problem even though I'd been tested and do have one.
