Lovely experience. The place itself has a very nice atmosphere that is noticeable as soon as you enter. It's clean, very nicely decorated and has a cozy & peaceful vibe. The treatment was very relaxing and excellently done by Hollie. She was very friendly and professional, making sure the treatment goes well for me. Her massage technique really helps if you have slightly sore or tight muscles. Overall, a great experience and I will surely visit again

I had a hollywood, underarm, brows/lip/chin and full leg wax with Hollie today. Wow! What can I say?! She is WONDERFUL! I have had some waxing before, but I was quite apprehensive about an intimate wax and Hollie put me at ease throughout the whole session. We chatted and laughed and she kept my mind occupied which really helped! I've also been going to Hollie for the last few months for back & neck massages as I suffer with poor posture and she has magic hands! I always leave feeling relaxed but she definitely works all of my kinks out!  Jade does my gel manicures to perfection every 3 weeks, and I look forward to our chats, it's like catching up with an old friend whenever I go to LG for my pamper sessions! I have also had Brow threading and an amazing facial with Chantelle who is also lovely! I haven't had treatments with Courtney but she is always lovely, friendly & professional whenever I am in too. Courtney provided a very enjoyable experience as this was my first visit here. Greeted with a smile which could be seen behind the mask and introduced to the treatment room which was nicely warmed up with the touch of heated pillow and bed which I have not had before. It was nice to see the options from Courtney to apply more pressure when requested and she was able to do this and could feel the difference as she would lean in and not hesitate to use elbows or body weight. Unfortunately some therapist do not do this and it was a delight to come away and wake up the next day feeling the effects of the massage. Nothing worse then going for a massage which feels like someone just slapped you with a wet flannel and call that a deep tissue. Which I am delighted to say this was not the case. I will be back and also recommend to others.

Hollie is a friendly and knowledgeable therapist. I have had 2 deep tissue massages with her and can honestly say they were the best massages I have ever had!  I prefer my massages to be a conversation free experience so that I can zone out and fully relax without being on edge wondering if the therapist is going to start a conversation during my ME time.  Hollie allowed this time to be about ME and apart from asking how the pressure was and advising me when it was time to turn over there was no conversation .  Hollie provided great aftercare advice and I didn’t feel rushed to get dressed and exit the treatment room after my massage.  I would 100% recommend Hollie and LG Beauty as it is a beautiful, clean, relaxing setting and the whole team are friendly and welcoming. Thank you all Service:&nbsp;Brazilian waxing

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the LG beauty suite. My daughter loved her massage and nails. I also loved my facial, very relaxing and welcoming.
