I visited the salon for a wash, blow-dry and style as I was on my way to a wedding . I have curly hair naturally and asked for a more defined curly curl. I explained that at home I use a thin wand to do my hair but couldn't do the back myself. My hair was washed, and dried using a brush then using an iron she put what I would describe as waves into my hair. I left went home my daughter said as I walked in she said mum what have you done to your hair. I immediately went and washed it and styled it myself. At home I dry using a diffuser on a cool heat as my curls frizz if brushed and it's dried hot. Unless I'm having it straightened then it's ok to dry it using a brush and hairdryer. I use this salon for other treatments brows, nails waxing and will continue to do so but I will never have my hair done again at this salon. Thank goodness I never had it cut as I dread to think what would have happened to my hair. Below is a photo of the back I tried to pin it up to make it look better but as you can see, it didn't have curly curls in it. All for £38.00. Note : since this one star rating the manager has contacted me to ask why I was unhappy and has said she will refund me when I go back into the salon for other treatments.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I always go here to have my eyebrows threaded, the staff are lovely and friendly. The price is great and they are always quick and can fit me in when I walk in. Can’t rave about this place enough! Such a lovely atmosphere - staff are so welcoming and the beauty therapists do such an amazing job. I’ve always felt comfortable at appointments and also very happy every time I leave the salon! Kinga is fantastic and is always prompt and great at what she does. This place has some greart potential and the staff are very friendly, however it needs a real clean and a repaint. Some of the shelves and equipment are really dirty which doesnt look professional at all.

I attended Navara Beauty for a full set of acrylic nails, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and my nails look beautiful.
