I just love this nails salon so much, i been to other local nails salon before but nowhere is near their standard, me and my friends always come here to get our nail done and never got problem and even if you do they more than happy to help you out with no cost at all..

Most expensive place I've gone for infills compared to other nail bars. Nails aren't fully painted, so some edges are just natural nail, or the topcoat wasn't applied fully so they look unfinished. The gel nails are bumpy and look unprofessional. Powder wasn't applied all over either so nail edges look awful! 

When I walked in I was told they only take cash; when I said I would leave to get money out they insisted I stay and get money out after. When my nails were done and I said I was going to get money they insisted I leave my bag there while I went to the cash point! 

Complete lack of customer service too - I was rushed in and out and the only thing they asked was if I wanted gel, and to leave my bag. 

I won't be returning - overpriced for a shoddy job.

Never going there again!!! 
LA Top Nails is not my first choice in places to go to but when in a rush and when I can't travel to my usual place which is in Bedford, I go there. 

The customer service is just non existent, you feel the staff laugh at you and talk about you. On one occasion there were 4 staff members all gathers around the person doing my nails talking and laughing which I didn't find nice as I couldn't understand their language. 

They also cut me every single time I go there!!! At first they would give me a voucher (which they didn't accept when I tried using it), they then just said sorry and would carry on with my finger bleeding. if I go to a nail salon to pamper myself I don't expect to come out with horrible cuts on my fingers. 

On my latest visit which was today, I went with a broken nail which hurt a lot and wanted infills done. I told the man I had broken my nail today and if he can be gentle, the man was very aggressive with my nail, and was pulling it to see if he can rip off the remaining acrylic that was there. I told the man again that it hurt and if he can not do that, the man said something in his language to his friend and they both laughed. This made me feel really uncomfortable that even before he started I had gotten up and left. 

They have no kind of decency for customer service which is upsetting. I would never go there again and would make the travel to go to a good nail shop!!!

I've been coming here ever since I first got acrylic nails over 8 years ago. When I moved from Wellingborough I tried other places but none were as good & so I keep coming back even though it's not local to me anymore. Wonder nails & lovely staff!
