I’m a strength and conditioning coach and athlete, therefore precise nutrition was always part of my lifestyle. I have been struggling with time and effort for many years because of mean preparation and ways to make it stay fresh for longer. I’ve tried all the big meal prep companies I’ve found in England but either they’d be tasting horrible, or they’ll have no macros counted, or they weren’t packaged in a way so that they can stay fresh without having to freeze them to name a few of the problems. Fortunately, I found Myprep 1 week ago and I just can’t believe how amazing their food tastes. Also they have such a good quality of ingredients that even eating less calories than before makes me feel fuller than when I’ve been eating 700kcal more from other ready meals. I attribute that to the high micronutrient density that the Myprep meals have because of how good their quality of product is! I actually had to call the company to ask if they don’t count the macros right perhaps. Surprisingly, my call was answered in a few seconds and the owner explained to me in thorough detail where they source their products from, how they cook them, how they package them to stay 100% fresh in the fridge for 7 days or more easily, how they separate the portions with precision using a software that the biggest supermarkets in the world use in order to not fail at calculating the macros. In generally, he totally reassured any of my doubts and I feel absolutely grateful that I’ve found this company. I just can’t recommend them any higher! Totally perfect!
Super tasty meals! Amazing quality. Professional packaging. Excellent customer service. Excellent people. I have tried more than 10 meal prep companies around the world and they are THE BEST. They also weigh the food with 100% precision which is great for people who take their nutrition seriously.
Absolutely brilliant! The food is great quality, tastes amazing. The packaging is very impressive too, everything arrived as it should with no damage whatsoever. Very impressed with this company. By far the best I have had! Looking forward to my next order!

I have tried a number of meal prep places & none have tasted as good as here & perfect for anyone who is fussy! Loved it & will be sticking to MyPrep.
Everything from the website, delivery, packaging, nutritional information, to the taste...my prep are superb! massive time saver and that's why I don't mind paying that bit more, plus wayyyy healthier than stocking up on frozen ready meals!
Been through a few companies before arriving with these guys and they're really top notch. Great taste, variety and nutrition along with clearly labeled ingredients and macros. They meals also last 7 days, so there's no need to mess about freezing them between deliveries. For excellent, reliable meal prep, you can't go wrong with them!
I have a lot of experience with meal prep company's. My last unfortunately, went out of business. I am about to get back in shape for amateur bodybuilding, tried a local company - not great. Took a punt with My Prep, a bit worried about the location Scotland for shipping reasons - and it did arrive towards the end of the working day - potentially an issue in summer months? They arrived air sealed to keep fresher for longer. They do look small to start with I ordered the larger packs but they are deceiving. The meal was more than enough and tasted excellent. Quality ingredients too! I will put my next order in for the medium sized packs. One concern is that the small/medium/large packs are all the same price - a bit strange. Anyway try them! Not surprised they are rated so well on Google.
Absolutely fantastic meals! Portion sizes are ideal and can be manipulated depending on your goal fat loss/muscle gain etc. Macronutrient content is great, especially the carbohydrate content of the muscle gain meals! This is something I’ve struggled to find from other providers - meals that contain sufficient carbohydrate, which for me is important as I follow a high carb diet. Most of all, they taste delicious! Perfect for when you need a quick, convenient meal that provides real nutritional quality. I’ve tried many different meal prep companies over the years but MyPrep is without doubt the best all round. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent meal prep service.
I've used My Prep on and off over the years. The food is great. Nice mixed variety of dishes, all tasty and of high quality. But, what really sets these guys apart from other companies, and i mean companies in general. Not just meal Prep. Is their customer service. I've never known such amazing after care. The few times I've had any issues. Things have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Absolutely outstanding service all-around. literally cant fault them.
