My mum was in the Laurels last year for a few weeks in a planning bed. The day I moved her from there she had nothing on her feet, she was filthy and smelled.
She was always left to wander around & some of her personal things went missing. There was never enough staff on. The manager was arrogant and unhelpful. She was not willing to divulge information about my mum to her new care home.
I never did put in a complaint about this awful place which was dark and smelly with lack of good management & not enough staff.
Best thing for this care home .. close it until somebody else who does care will take over.

Very dirty, some ok staff and some horrible ones, i wouldn't leave my family there.
