Brooklyn House is not only home to it's residents, it is also home to it's cheerful and passionate staff. I had the pleasure of working here for a few days as a contractor, I felt very welcomed and cared for by the team. Fortunately, I have no requirement for care within my family at this time, but I would absolutely feel like a family member would be safe and looked after to a high standard at Brooklyn House.
The team at Brooklyn are amazing. From our first visit they have looked after us and our Grandma brilliantly. The whole team from management, reception, nurses, chefs, care staff and activities co-ordinator are all so helpful and caring. Would definitely recommend
My partners Dad spent the last weeks of his life being cared for by the lovely staff at Brooklyn House nursing home. He told us he was pleased with his room and always complimented on how lovely his meals were, special thanks to Shelly as he mentioned you often. Staff helped him with using his phone on numerous occasions to keep in touch with us. The staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable in his final days. Ovi and Elaine were very supportive and great at keeping us informed.nReally appreciate all the help and support you gave to us and his Dad. Thank you
