Always makes my hair perfect

I recently had a haircut at Headlines and it was very poorly cut. The layers were cut too short and uneven on each side. When I returned the following day in order to try and find some help with this (something that is not easy for me to do), I was met with a point blank refusal to accept that anything was wrong, an unwillingness to take any responsibility for their services and, surprisingly for a service industry, no interest in finding a way forward or of keeping a disatisfied customer happy. Their outlook is reflected in one of their comments to me, 'what do you expect me to do, stick the hair back on?' Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending friends go here!
